Several years in the hospitality industry has given Helen the insight and experience into what is expected of employees both from the employer's and the customer's persepctive. Customer service and ongoing customer engagement are vital to the success of any business, particularly those just starting out. Helen specialises in helping new start-ups to create and implement their own customer service policy.

Helen is currently engaged as a Turas Nua Consultant training the long term unemployed to upgrade their employability skills and has worked with Institutes of Technology including Tralee and Blanchardstown to help prepare their students for jobseeking.
